Shipping Damage
If your parcel arrives damaged, mention the damage remarks while signing the POD as well as you need to register the complaint within 24 hours of receiving the parcel and submit all the details of the damaged parcels along with the proper evidence like video and photo of the received shipment/products and image/photo of a signed POD copy.
Our team will evaluate the complaint and provide resolution on the same case-to-case basis. No requests will be considered, Without proper evidence.
Refund
We will process Refunds for approved Return Request or Damage Claims. Refund will be initiated to same payment mode used at the time of order. Refund will be processed as per Payment Gateway's standard terms and timeline. It will take anywhere between 7-10 working days to reflect refund in your account once we initiate refund from our end.
