Grown, hand collected and shade dried in the valley of Kashmir, these lavender buds smell divine. Not only do they smell great, but they also make a relaxing and soothing tea too. Our Kashmiri Lavender buds can be used in multiple ways for health, DIY beauty, and aromatherapy.
Dried lavender buds have a multitude of benefits and use. They are very aromatic and they maintain a full aroma when in dry form. The flower buds are extremely light, so a small quantity goes a long way. Dry lavender flowers have a gray/purple color.
In terms of aromatherapy, the lavender scent is commonly used for relaxation. Infuse it in coconut oilfor hair oil or body oil.
Lavender flowers can be used to infuse oils or add exfoliation to handmade soaps or scrubs. They are great for making face masks and bath bombs and can also be simply put into bath water for a spa-like experience.
Additionally, dried lavender is great for making sachets. They can be placed around the house or hung near the doors, windows, or even throughout your car to keep insects at bay. They can also be used as natural confetti for parties, weddings, and more.

Cancellations
To cancel or modify your order, send us an email towith your order details and we'll cancel or modify it promptly. In case of cancellation, we will initiate refund of your payment within 24 hrs and It will be credited to your account by payment service providers used at the time of placing an order.
Please note that we do not accept cancellations or modification of order, once the orders have been dispatched from our fulfillment centers.
Please Note:We do not guarantee for delivery timings in any way as we use third party logistic services. Once we handover the package to carrier, we don't have much control over it. However, we try our best to delivery it on time and our logistics team takes it further with respective carrier to get it delivered as soon as possible.
It is Bizpressions' intention to satisfy its customers. However, considering that opened or damaged products cannot be reused, we cannot accept exchange or return of opened or used products once sold or delivered except In case of any problem or quality issue with the product, we replace the product. All you need to do is give us a call within 3 days of delivery or drop us an email at carewith received product photos and order Id.

Note: Return request will be accepted only in case of (i) manufacturing defect or (ii) Quality mismatch with product description.
Shipping Damage
If your parcel arrives damaged, mention the damage remarks while signing the POD as well as you need to register the complaint within 24 hours of receiving the parcel and submit all the details of the damaged parcels along with the proper evidence like video and photo of the received shipment/products and image/photo of a signed POD copy.
Our team will evaluate the complaint and provide resolution on the same case-to-case basis. No requests will be considered, Without proper evidence.
Note: It will take 7-10 days to provide resolution about Damage Complaints as It takes time to get details from respective Carrier. Replacement may not possible in certain products, Descision will be taken case to case basis.
Refund
We will process Refunds for approved Return Request or Damage Claims. Refund will be initiated to same payment mode used at the time of order. Refund will be processed as per Payment Gateway's standard terms and timeline. It will take anywhere between 7-10 working days to reflect refund in your account once we initiate refund from our end. Refund timing varies with Payment Gateway service provider.
