To cancel or modify your order, send us an email towith your order details and we'll cancel or modify it promptly. In case of cancellation, we will initiate refund of your payment within 24 hrs and It will be credited to your account by payment service providers used at the time of placing an order.
Please note that we do not accept cancellations or modification of order, once the orders have been dispatched from our fulfillment centers.
Please Note:We do not guarantee for delivery timings in any way as we use third party logistic services. Once we handover the package to carrier, we don't have much control over it. However, we try our best to delivery it on time and our logistics team takes it further with respective carrier to get it delivered as soon as possible.
It is Bizpressions' intention to satisfy its customers. However, considering that opened or damaged products cannot be reused, we cannot accept exchange or return of opened or used products once sold or delivered except In case of any problem or quality issue with the product, we replace the product. All you need to do is give us a call within 3 days of delivery or drop us an email at carewith received product photos and order Id.

Note: Return request will be accepted only in case of (i) manufacturing defect or (ii) Quality mismatch with product description.
If your parcel arrives damaged, mention the damage remarks while signing the POD as well as you need to register the complaint within 24 hours of receiving the parcel and submit all the details of the damaged parcels along with the proper evidence like video and photo of the received shipment/products and image/photo of a signed POD copy.
Our team will evaluate the complaint and provide resolution on the same case-to-case basis. No requests will be considered, Without proper evidence.
Note: It will take 7-10 days to provide resolution about Damage Complaints as It takes time to get details from respective Carrier. Replacement may not possible in certain products, Descision will be taken case to case basis.
We will process Refunds for approved Return Request or Damage Claims. Refund will be initiated to same payment mode used at the time of order. Refund will be processed as per Payment Gateway's standard terms and timeline. It will take anywhere between 7-10 working days to reflect refund in your account once we initiate refund from our end. Refund timing varies with Payment Gateway service provider.
